At MrWatchMaster, we really love a great story. So when we met Patrick Hohmann, CEO of Zurich based Werenbach, recently at Baselworld, we were intrigued by his incredible journey to create watches from a space rocket.
The company are seeking funding through crowdfunding website, Kickstarter for their unique mechanical watches made from the Soyuz MS-02 spacecraft.
Patrick personally collected the jettisoned boosters from Kazakhstan and transported them to Switzerland! The unprocessed surface of the original rocket parts makes each watch unique.
We think they are ‘out of this world’!
