MeisterSinger Go Dark With Jet-Black Stratoscope

MeisterSinger Go Dark With Jet-Black Stratoscope

The MeisterSinger Stratoscope – launched in the Spring – presents a large realistic moon phase.

The photorealistic image of the earth’s natural satellite corresponds to the astronomical precision with which the Stratoscope represents the moon’s various phases. In this INT Black Line Edition, limited to 20 pieces, the luminescent moon circles on an all-round deep black night sky. The diamond-like carbon (DLC) coating makes these watches particularly hardwearing and rugged. The dials are also designed in matt jet black, accentuating the digits and markings in an even more striking manner. Moon and time display glow in the dark.

The Stratoscope is powered by the extremely precise automatic movement MS Luna (based on Sellita SW220). The moon takes 29 days, 12 hours, 44 minutes, and 2.9 seconds to circumnavigate the earth. Most watches round this figure down to 29.5 days via the movement, which means they deviate by eight hours per year and need adjusting by one complete day every third year. However, the movement of the Stratoscope is far more accurate. Theoretically, its moon phase indicator only requires a slight adjustment after 122 years.
