The Heritage collection is one of the first watchmaking creations from Maison Belvans. It has a titanium case and a ‘Musou’ black dial, the world’s blackest water-based acrylic paint, a colour that offers an impressive 99.4% light absorption to really draw the eye to the highly polished hands in darker conditions.
Their watches are assembled in Besancon in France and all their watches are sophisticated and transcend fashion. The heritage look great and comes with more than a 60 hours of power reserve and a stunning open back case.

Belvans is a new brand, founded in 2023 in Paris by three very passionate watch enthusiasts, when I received the watch I was impressed with its presentation and at first glance reminded me of a modern looking Daniel Roth watch from the early 90’s. The mindfulness with the casing and its finishing is very refined, and as a side point when I showed it to my Wife she loved it, so dare I say it is a unisex timepiece.
This watch is excellent value for money, I cannot wait to see more from Belvans, and I am certain we have a growing French watch brand.
