Set in the scenic surroundings of Grottaglie, Puglia, this exclusive experience immerses participants in three days of military training, helicopter missions, and tactical simulations, all while enjoying the cultural richness of southern Italy.
At its core, the PAM01699 features the advanced P.9100/R automatic calibre, boasting five patented innovations. This includes a flyback chronograph with a vertical clutch and column wheel for instant, one-click reset and restart—perfect for time-critical missions. The countdown function, intuitive thumb-operated pushers, and Panerai’s iconic crown-protector design blend high performance with signature style. Enhanced readability and precision features, like the central chronograph hands and quick time-change function, make this a true tool watch built for action.
When the watch crown is pulled to the first click, the hour hand can be adjusted forward or backward in one-hour increments, without affecting the minute hand. The dual spring barrels offer a 3-day power reserve, using thinner, longer springs for consistent energy supply. The P.9100/R movement also includes a second reset function, allowing easy synchronization with reference time signals.
Part of the Submersible Collection, PAM01699 is designed for deep-sea exploration, with 50 BAR (~500 meters) water resistance, tested to +25% beyond its rating. It features a unidirectional rotating bezel for precise immersion time tracking. The 47mm Grade 5 Titanium case is lightweight yet durable, offering 40% less weight and 60% more hardness than steel, with resistance to corrosion and chemical agents. The titanium bezel is enhanced with a scratch-resistant black ceramic insert.
The green-grained matte dial with a black gradient finish and the Marina Militare signature at 6 o’clock is inspired by Aviazione Navale flight gear. Grey Super-LumiNova® ensures legibility in low light, and the small seconds counter mimics a radar display. The watch comes with a green cotton canvas strap with T/T stitching, and a black rubber strap for diving. The screwed titanium case back features the Aviazione Navale wings emblem.
