Founded in Paris in 2023, Maison Belvans was born from the vision of three watchmaking enthusiasts, driven by a shared ambition: to restore French watchmaking to its former glory.

From the very first sketches, each watch was designed with the idea of capturing the essence of French elegance. And it is in Franche-Comté, near Besançon, the cradle of French watchmaking, more precisely in Pierre Fontaine les Varans, that these watches come to life, designed and assembled with meticulous care.
The idea for Belvans wasn’t born in an office, but in the heart of an iconic location: the Publicis store on the Champs-Élysées. It was there that one of the three enthusiasts, then a student at the Panthéon-Sorbonne,worked as a salesperson. This location, known for its demanding clientele, quickly became more than just a workplace.

The Heritage collection is one of the first watchmaking creations of Maison Belvans, faithful to its spirit of refinement and innovation. With a titanium case and a Musou Black dial, each watch, meticulously assembled in Besançon, offers more than 60 hours of power reserve and has an Eiffel Tower-shaped second hand.
It embodies the perfect blend of refinement and robustness. Its 316L steel case is resistant to corrosion and scratches. More than just a watch, it’s a faithful companion destined to last through the ages. The dial of this Belvans, painted in Musou Black, the world’s deepest black, absorbs 99.4% of light, with only 0.6% reflection, while a classic black paint reflects around 6%. Added to the polished finish of the case, which creates a striking contrast, this watch offers a subtle shine, as captivating by day as by night.

The Belvans emblem was born out of a somewhat improvised night, after months of going around in circles. The founders wanted a strong symbol—something that represents France. The fleur-de-lis quickly became the obvious choice, of course, but the problem was it is seen everywhere and used by other brands. Eventually they settled on the crowned fleur-de-lis they’d had in mind from the start—simple, symbolic, but infused with their personality and all their ambition.

Inside the watch is a modified Miyota automatic movement that is adjusted in-house in Franche-Comté for greater precision and has more than 60 hours of power reserve.
