Ollech & Wajs introduces the Ocean Graph MkII, the latest evolution of one of the most iconic dive watches in history.

Originally launched in 1968 as a specialised instrument for recreational and professional divers, the Ocean Graph defined a new standard in ocean exploration. The reimagined Ocean Graph MkII fuses contemporary engineering, modern functionality, and the insight of Norwegian freediver Siri Østvold, whose vision helped refine the design for the demands of competitive free diver.

The Ollech & Wajs highly respected ‘Precision’ line has long been chosen by those who dare to venture deeper for its uncompromising dedication to professional-grade extreme water resistance. The original 1968 Ocean Graph became popular among both enthusiasts and professional divers for its robustness, 1000m water resistance, and specialised decompression bezel. The MkII honours this legacy while embracing advancements in watchmaking that enhance precision, durability, and versatility for the competitive diver.

“In freediving, precision timing on the surface is just as critical as it is beneath it. The Ocean Graph MkII combines multiple environment specific functions, making it a versatile and indispensable timing instrument for anyone competing in the ocean realm.”
Siri Ostvold, Freediver
The MkII is the product of a rare collaboration between Ollech & Wajs and Siri Østvold, Norwegian freediver and ocean advocate. Her experience beneath the waves informed key elements of the watch’s usability and aesthetics. From the multifunction ‘Dive, GMT, Tide Tracking & Top Time’ bezel to the legibility of the hands and markers, every detail was tested against the real-world challenges faced by divers.

The MKII features an innovative multifunction GMT, Tide Tracking, Top Time & Dive bezel. It combines four different timing systems into one rotating bezel and is the first of its kind:
– Tide Tracking Function: By aligning the bezel with the time of the last high tide (often set against the hour hand), you can determine when the next high and low tides will occur. This is a handy feature for a variety of ocean sports such as surfing, sailing, fishing, and snorkelling.
– Top Time (Countdown / Elapsed Time) Function: This utility has been developed specifically for competitive free-divers. “Top Time” is a term used to describe the three-minute countdown a diver has to psychologically and physically prepare for a competition dive. Once T-3:00 minutes has been called by the judge, the diver’s buddy (or the diver themselves in training) will align the bezel’s zero marker with the minute hand, and track elapsed time leading up to the dive.
– GMT: A 12-hour GMT allows you to track two different time zones at once – ideal for those who travel to compete in the world’s oceans.
– 20-minute Dive scale: allows divers to record elapsed time precisely during the first 15–20 critical minutes of a dive.

The Ocean Graph MkII pairs rugged engineering with refined aesthetics. Its distinctive blue dial and orange accents ensure instant readability in low light, while the ultra-light perlon strap provides comfort and durability both above and below the surface. The streamlined case architecture, brushed steel finish, and gently domed sapphire crystal reflect Ollech & Wajs’ signature blend of utilitarian strength and Swiss craftsmanship.
