Panerai introduces a new metal bracelet in its Luminor and Luminor Due collections, with the launch of six new creations, marking a new era in the design of its most emblematic lines.
The first Panerai metal bracelets traces back to 1999, but the new metal bracelet features a progressive “V-shape” design that tapers from the case to the buckle, offering enhanced comfort and a lighter feel, perfect for everyday wear. Its aesthetic is characterised by a combination of different finishes – brushed on the larger links and polished on the edges and central links – creating a three-dimensional effect as the light hits the bracelet in different ways.
Luminor Due Metal Bracelet PAM01508, PAM01539 and PAM01387: the steel style. The Luminor Due Metal Bracelet PAM01508 is a stylish timepiece showcasing a 38mm polished steel case and bezel enriched by a white sun-brushed sandwich dial adorned with beige Superluminova®. This reference features a steel closed caseback and comes with a second strap in pink satin calf and a Pin steel buckle.
The new metal bracelet range continues with the Luminor Quaranta BiTempo PAM01640, a sophisticated and functional timepiece designed for the modern cosmopolitan. It comes with a 40mm brushed steel case and a polished steel bezel. The sandwich dial is striking green with a sun-brushed finish and white Superluminova® while the see-through sapphire crystal back is a visual feast of the movement. The P.900/GMT calibre powers the watch, boasting a 3-day automatic reserve with a GMT function that displays a second time zone. This feature is particularly useful for tracking both home time and local time, with the GMT hand glowing in blue Superluminova® in the dark.
Three models with a new steel bracelet and two crafted in Panerai Goldtech™, in a range of styles across 38mm to 42mm sizes join the Luminor Due family, which is known for its lighter and slimmer iterations of Panerai’s emblematic design, without compromising on mechanical integrity. Embodying the collection’s sporty and functional essence, the Luminor series sees the introduction of the Quaranta BiTempo with a steel bracelet, now equipped with a GMT function, making it the ideal companion for casual globetrotters.
Complemented by the PAM Click Release System™, a standout feature that allows for effortless switching between metal bracelets and straps without using any tool, the new timepieces speak of increased comfort, improved durability and versatility afforded by the interchangeability options.
Luminor Due TuttoOro PAM01494 and PAM01442: the Panerai Goldtech™ allure. For a touch of luxury, the Luminor Due TuttoOro PAM01494 and PAM01442 feature a 42mm Panerai Goldtech™ case and matching polished bezel, a first-time pairing for the case size and material. Panerai Goldtech™ is a gold alloy that includes a combination of platinum, silver and copper, giving an intense red hue and improving durability that extends the watch’s lifetime. The PAM01494 is complemented by a white sun-brushed sandwich dial with beige Superluminova®, while the PAM01442 showcases a black sunbrushed sandwich dial that sets off the white Superluminova®. A see-through sapphire crystal caseback offers a glimpse of the beautiful inner workings.
