Poljot-International first collaborated with Mikhail Gorbachev on the occasion of his 70th birthday, as a tribute to this historic figure who deeply influenced the brand.
In 2017, another limited edition of the same name was launched, adorned with the famous slogans ‘Perestroika’ (restructuring) and ‘Glasnost’ (openness), under which Mikhail Gorbachev advanced the reform process in the Soviet Union. This edition was also a great success and ultimately led to the third release of the lovingly designed ‘Gorbi Watch’ in 2025.
The key difference from the previous models lay in the newly designed case, featuring a diameter of 42 millimeters and a height of 12.77 millimeters. The dial was slightly curved at the edges, giving the case a visually slimmer appearance. The fresh colours of green and blue would surely have pleased Mikhail Gorbachev as well.
In October 2025, the brand is once again presenting a new colour highlight of this collection: the new model shines in vibrant red. Red – the colour of the Soviet revolution, pioneering spirit, and change. In the Poljot-International Gorbachev Limited Edition, the red dial symbolises the courage, dynamism, and energy that led the world into a new era.

Inside the new models beats the NH36 automatic movement by Seiko, featuring 24 jewels, a date and day display at the 3 o’clock position, and a power reserve of 41 hours.
