Leading luxury digital portal hosts an exciting day of ideas and insights from world class speakers.
Ultraluxe Watches, in association with MrWatchMaster & The Luxury Network will bring together watch brands and collectors from across the globe. The prestigious virtual event will take place on the 2nd March 2022.
The line-up features George Bamford, founder of the Bamford Watch Department who will share his passion for collecting watches and talk about his tendency to be a ‘Magpie’ collector in an interview with highly respected journalist and author, Simon de Burton. Also confirmed is Aurélie Picaud, Timepieces Director at Fabergé who will discuss Women’s watches and the growth of Women collectors. She will be joined by TV presenter and watch enthusiast, Wendy Meakin. The collector community will be well represented with a panel including ‘Super Collector’, Soteris (Sid) Vasili who will talk about a new platform created for collectors to trade securely.
Brands will have the opportunity to host sessions in their own digital ‘Booths’, which will allow collectors to ‘Meet the Makers’ and hear about forthcoming launches. There will also be a session focused on the rapidly growing pre-owned and vintage sector with the increase in value of watches being sold at auction.
Holding the event online using the highly acclaimed Hopin platform, while a number of the major in-person watch events have cancelled or postponed due to the pandemic, provides an ideal opportunity for the watch industry to promote their products to our audience.
